I just spent hours in the freezing cold for the inauguration and now that I have feeling back in all my extremities I have to say that I have never been so proud to be an American (or an SU College of Law alum). It was truly a remarkable event.
totally cool that you were there, GG.
i watched hours on t.v. (while entertaining the 15 mo. old by saying "oooooh. the motorcycles. ooooh. the black car with flashing lights. oooooh. the horns. much fun!) and had goosebumps at points. i agree. great moment in history!
although he did flub his lines a bit while taking oath!
