Finally, researchers are doing something useful in the field of genetics. Just goes to show you the good that can come from industry, government and farmers all working toward a common goal ... sustaining the chocolate supply!
Now, if they can sequence the genes for New York pizza and replicate it out in L.A., I'll be the happiest guy around.

That is a noble endeavor for sure.
i made a really darn good pizza tonight for dinner with whole wheat crust from wegmans, fresh veggies, soy mozzarella cheese, chicken and tomato sauce with fresh herbs. YUMMMMMMMY. so, since the ny pizza won't go west, come to b'more & i'll make you this. how's that sound?!
That does sound pretty damn good, but maybe too healthy with the whole wheat crust.
I'll try it next time I visit.
if you're lucky. don't worry...i had a disgustingly fattening unhealthy dessert to balance it all out...
