Flossing is good for you. I prefer it to exercise. It makes me feel like I'm going the extra mile for my health.
That's a good comparison. But for me, even looking at it that way, I still hate flossing. I'd rather lift weights or go for a hike than spend two minutes flossing my teeth. It just seems like brushing twice a day should be enough -- beyond that, I'd like them to be self-cleaning.
